Acceptance
By creating an account or using BoldHause Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
BoldHause Studio provides AI-assisted brand strategy, identity, copy, and federal contracting tooling. Free and paid tiers are described on our pricing page; features and limits may change as the product evolves.
Your content
You retain ownership of all briefs, copy, and brand assets you create with the Studio. You grant BoldHause a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any material you submit.
AI outputs
AI-generated content is provided as creative direction, not legal, financial, or guaranteed regulatory advice. Review outputs before publishing. Federal contracting recommendations do not constitute certified GovCon counsel.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe until canceled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Studio to generate unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe IP, or attempt to compromise the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BoldHause's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
