Who we are

BoldHause Studio ("BoldHause", "we", "us") operates boldhausestudio.com and provides AI-assisted brand strategy, identity, and federal contracting tooling. This policy is maintained by BoldHause and explains the data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, and authentication provider identifiers.
• Project content: brand briefs, assessment answers, and AI chat history you create in the Studio.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and the last four digits of your card only.
• Usage data: pages viewed, feature interactions, and error logs to improve the product.

How we use it

We use your data to deliver the Studio experience, personalize AI responses, fulfill paid plans, and send service emails. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your private project content to train third-party foundation models.

Subprocessors

We rely on Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), and AI model providers accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway. Each is bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@boldhausestudio.com. Newsletter recipients can unsubscribe from any email.
